| | We are very happy that we choose this hotel ,the staff are very nice,location is very near the shopping mall and restaurant.If the internet's loading could be faster than every thing will be perfect.If next time we go to Pattaya again we maybe will book again. |

| | This is quite a gem of a hotel.
Excellent and modern facilities with extremely helpfulf staff.
The only criticism ( and it is minor) is that wehen were booking for the room for myself andf my wife we received the instant confirmation but when we tried to book the room for my children the booking sytem wanted to overde the first booking.
It got sorted out with a few quick e-mails that were addressed quite promptly |

| | Very nice hotel and excellent staff. My only critism is that my wife (who is Thai) was twice challenged for her ID card upon return to the hotel late at night. This was embarrassing and, if room numbers with Thai nationals in residence were kept on record, could be easily avoided (they could simply ask for a room card and number). Otherwise a very pleasant stay. |

| | The hotel is virtually brand new and we have stayed there three times.
The facilities are excellent, the rooms ( apartments) are well appointed and the staff are helpful and courteous. |

| | My Thai wife experienced a less friendly approch from some of the staff. And on the second day we had 4 times a power cut due to electric faillure IN THE ROOM. Once also in the middle of the night! |

| | This is our second stay at Woodlands Suites and would highly recommend it.
We were on a special Spa promotion which made it excelent value for money.
The rooms ( apartments) are superb and well appointed; the staff are excellent and my Wife wants to oarticularly note Ms Air and Ms Klass in the Spa.
The Woodlands Suites is at the north end of Pattaya and is in a safe and secure area but the baht buses run along from the end of the road and they are very convenient.
The only reason we didn't excellent across the voting is that the American breakfeasts in the Grappa Restaurant can be a little boring after 5 or 6 days but that is a minor point.

| | We booked the "Executive [Monthly] 2 Bedrooms Room only" in the "Woodlands Suites Serviced Residences". We were 4 Adults and got the room in the 6th floor (Room 1612). In summary everthing was very well and left nothing to be desired. For sure we will visit the "Woodlands Suites Serviced Residences" again next year.
In our opinion the only weak point is the restaurant "Grappa". It's a really great restaurant, good service, very kind employees and very well-equipped ... but the food is uneatable what might be the reason why it's only poorly attended .It's a pity but it has nothing to do with the italian cuisine that european visitors expect.
Our Advice is, try to find a real italian cusine expert and let him instruct your cook in the special features of the italian cusine and we are sure the grappa will become the number 1 italian restaurants in Pattaya.
Much to my disappointment the weekly buffet in the Woodlands Resort was dramatically shortend in comparison to the year before.
Why did you do that ?????
