| | Firstly, I would like to comment on the excellence and efficiency of all the staff at Woodlands. Every employee was polite, courteous and willing to help in any way possible. We found the hotel restaurant, drinks and pool bar a little expensive - compared to the local prices - only 50 yards away. Unfortunately, we didn't like Pattaya itself. It was too busy, non stop traffic. It just didn't suit us. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay at Woodlands and would recommend it to others. |

| | Good resort feeling with many plants everywhere in the hotel.
Nice swimming pool especially with small rocks areas make it more natural. |

| | the hotel is situated in good location, not the best because it is not approaching to the beach, 500 metre to walk.

| | Excellent friendly service, one small change for previuos visits, would be good to have a dedicated person in the smaller of the 2 pool bars (as previously), the poor lady that has to support both pools was overworked and food took a while to order and to arrive. Free internet would also be expected ?? Will be back, Chri s & Family |

| | We visited the Woodlands on our previous trip to Pattaya and loved it. The rooms and facilities are excellent and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The resort is a wonderful place to relax. We look forward to staying there again. |

| | I like the service and staff, they all are so nice and friendly. Also the pizza from Italian restaurant is something that can not miss. But breasfast is not so good, due to the quality of the food that served especially ham, saugage and crab stick as these are the only food that kids can enjoy, but not this time. |

| | This is the third time that we have stayed at the hotel and the service has been exceptional each time. We would recommend the hotel as an ideal base for exploring Pattaya. |

| | a very good hotel in a nice location, most of the vstaff very friendly apart from one male member of front desk staff who had a unhelpfull manner. The bonly complaints were when I requested a iron and iron board to the room, the iron and iron board that showed up was extremely dirty when i explained this to the member of staff that arrived he had no english to understand me, small things matter, the blue hotel towel was very dirty the first time I arrived. I would say this hotel is a good choice but could improve 10% the small things matters |
