| | Staff is very friendly and supportive. Beach is very poor (corals destroyed, no fishes). This is not a place for snorkeling but a good place for climbers. Beach is dirty but all in all a fair offer for small money |

| | Tonsai is magnificant, Tonsai Bay Resort was very clean close to beach, we really enjoyed our stay. l would disregard any negitive feedback and go and check out for yourselve. Can't wait to return.

| | We have ordered airport pickup, but nobody met us there! It was late evening and we had to get to the hotel by ourselves.
But the hotel is in the great place and we would sertainly back there soon |

| | This hotel had the worst service I have ever experienced in Thailand and it's completely over priced. When we arrived, the deluxe room we booked wasn't ready until the next day, so we had to stay in a standard room with two twin beds. We asked if they were going to discount the rate for one night from the deluxe room we paid for to the standard room price and they said they could not since we booked online (?). At around 5:00pm they knocked on our door and told us we could move to the deluxe room. But we had to move immediately b/c they needed to put other guests in the room. When we packed up our stuff and moved to the other room, it wasn't going to be ready until 7PM! The free breakfast was so bad, we only ate there once and the people were very rude. I have been traveling to this area for the past 10 years, however I haven't been back to Ton Sai since 2004. This last visit will be my last because the service has gotten so bad. It makes it even worse when you are paying 3,000 baht a night for a place where people are rude to you and appear to hate their jobs. I will not be going back to Ton Sai Resort. It's not worth the money. If people are thinking of going to this area. I recommend going during off season and finding a place under 1000 baht a night. Paying anymore is just a ripoff. |

| | Ton Sai Bay is a climbers paradise. Just know what to expect - e.g. only way to get there is by longtail boat. Luxury room was very nice, but a little pricy. Second night we got a cheaper room - which was just fine - not as fancy - the only problem with this was the shower didn't seem to have any heat. Not a big deal if you're up on the rocks in the sun all day though. All in all a great place to be. |
