| | 2 things to report about the room :
a). not enough light in bathroom in front of mirror area = can't see itself in mirror, is a concern for ladies.
b). the garden projector next to room window was a bit too lighty = bringing much light into the room even though curtains were closed. Some people won't have nice sleep because of that light.
Hope this helps improving hotel services.

| | The service could not have been better. everyone was friendly and completely helpful with any request. The location is breathtaking and although there is no beach access with the shuttle buses to all beaches nearby everything is very easy. to be honest with the view from the pool it might not be worth even going out to the beaches if you are looking to just relax. My wife and I had an excellent time and would highly recommend the Secret Cliff to anyone planning to go to Phuket. |

| | great service and facilities. the view from my room was excellent, especially during sunrise and sunset. the location of resort gives it a very serene and calming effect on the body, mind, and soul. the spa facilities were outstanding also and food served was great. overall OUTSTANDING. |

Restaurant was simple but the food is good with a magnificent view!
The taxi drivers may ruin your holiday. |

| | We had a fabulous time at Secret Cliff Resort. We planned to stay 5 nights and ended up staying 10. The staff were very obliging and the surroundings are idyllic. You are close to Patong and Karon but removed from the business, just a short taxi ride from both. We were there with a family group and had four rooms. We would definitely highly recommend the resort and hope to return there again. |

| | Hotel staffs are friendly and customer service oriented. Free upgrade to Junior Suite. Dinner was great, room very spacious, toilet very clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back again for our 1st anniversary. |

| | A great hotel! I would check in any time again! The location was perfect, the ocean/garden view was amazing, the staff was wonderful! It felt like being in a totally different world! Perfect quit location, right between Patong and Karon. (10 minutes each direction). |

| | Secret CLiff is simply great for honeymooners especially with the ocean view and the room is just superb!Except for the distance that you have to travel to get to the room.
Other than that, it is worth staying and gd price! |

| | On the plus side the resort is quiet and away from town noise. The setting is beautiful - views are great. Rooms were OK. On the negative side, the food at the resort is only barely average. Breakfast is OK, but we found the menu to be almost exclusively heavy Thai dishes with no vegetiariian dishes. |

| | If you are looking for a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of both Karon and Patong then this ideal. Although it is still close enough to spend time in either and visit all the attractions.
The hotel is set in beautiful tropical gardens and the rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. We found the hotel staff to be very helpful. We would definately recommend this hotel to other people as we have now stayed here on two ocassions. |

| | Secret Cliff Resort itself, all its facilities & every single member of its staff were absolutely wonderful for our 8 night stay. We would recommend staying here to anyone. Location is perfect, short hotel hired bike ride into Karon or Patong or take the free shuttle bus provided. But you also have the resorts quietness, just lay back and relax, with views over the ocean plus, not forgetting the lovely holiday resort atmosphere, for you to just chill out. We would stay again, again & again. We did not want to leave. |

| | Secret Cliff was great. The room was nice and clean. The breakfasts were good. We at at the restaurant and it was good. The staff were great and since we were on our honeymoon they fixed our room up with swans and flower petals and made it look superb. You will need a car or use the shuttle or a tuk tuk. |
