| | Great customer Service. Great rooms. Location was fantastic, food in the hotel was nice and pricing was very reasonable and facilities were all that were needed. |

| | The shower water was without much pressure. WC same. Swim Pool at 4th level without elevator. Breakfast was served 15 mins late, because of that we had only 15 min left to eat (16th feb.)
No washing point as we unable to wash the sand of our feet after beach activities. Seafood tray outside the hotel cause of too many flies around during breakfast. |

| | The staff was obviously in training and on check in asked us to fill in forms, which they did not need. The aircon in the rooms were not working. They were either heating the place, or turning it into a freezer. The noise from the aircon was unbearable and although the hotel states to have balconies in all rooms, you have to be kidding. There was no window (or it was hidden behind a billboard) and the balcony was so small, it would have been better to leave it out. |

| | Good location in relation to the beach and night-life. Good breakfast. It was hard to keep cool. There was the occasional funky smell in random place within the hotel. One night there was constructions going on past 12:00am. |

| | Everything was really great except the air cons were a little noisy for light sleepers. Otherwise great location, excellent staff, breckfast was superb and the rooms are very cosy:) |

| | I have been referred to this hotel by a friend. When I visitted the hotel's website to make my bookings, I was impressed by the user-friendly and very inviting appearance of the website. It was even more impressive to find the Online Help tab that allows you to liase with the hotel staff directly! I also found the internet deals to be very affordable for a hotel that looks very nice. I later found that the prices they offered when you get to the hotel itself was much more expensive and I'm glad to have made the online booking!
Some of the pleasant experiences I have enjoyed while at the hotel are that firstly, they have been able to met my request for a king-sized bed and I greatly appreciate that... The staffs were also very nice and friendly when one of them took us to our room; they would also greet us whenever we crossed paths. The beds were made up nicely and promptly on subsequent days.
We happened to have a faulty bathtub tap that we raised to the guests while we were on our way out to go shopping... When we returned for the night, the problem had been fixed.. We appreciate that too!
One improvement that they could make is to offer a better variety of breakfast buffet... However we really loved your fish porridge!
Overall, we have absolutely zero complaints during the course of our stay and we definitely are making plans to come and visit again.. probably in the early part of 2010. Hope to see you again! :D |

| | this hotel has good location, very near many attractive spots, shopping center, restaurant however the hotel should quickly be renovated. the lobby always has bad smell in night, room was too old and noisy at all.....food in buffet was good.....swimming pool was too small and dirty..there was no spa service available...so hope the hotel will improve their service, we are going to be willing come back next time... |

| | Location of the hotel is good. Itz just 2-3 minutes walk to Patong beach. The room air conditioning system is too noisy, there is no view when we opened the balcony window due to the construction being done. Burger King is just beside the hotel as such we could smell the food and that is bad.Overall the staff were friendly and my stay was a good one. I would come again to Royal Palm. |

| | At first day,the room was very smell(like a bathroom).
And I want to change the room .
But the room was full.
So he guided us to a new room.
But the new room was smell too(painted).
I never stay at this hotel again. |

| | The hotel was o.k. but there was construction going on during the day with much noise making it hard to rest during daylight hours. Smoking is allowed in the hotel which was very annoying. As a former smoker, I found it was hard to sleep since the cigarette smoker usually disrupts my sleep patterns. The hotel staff was freindly and curtious. Overall, the hotel is good by Pjuket standards but should have been discounted more do to the on going construction. |
