| | Stayed in a deluxe room. Could use a better lighting, also lizzard poo on the walls and cealing. Daily housekeeping with change of towels good, separate beach towels excellent. The Raya island is really expencive with no good reason. Breakfast was disappointing. Thai food was pretty tasteless :( |

| | We like ban raya resort because in there we had a very nice time. The swim pool is wonderful, the hotel staff is so nice, the sea view is also worth staying some time. The last but not least,the snorkling point is number one in rachal is. |

| | Had a very enjoyable stay, friendly service throughout & superb location. I would recommend to friends and customers. I will return at some time in the future for a longer stay.
I think that the signage at Chalong Pier could be improved, with additional information to the effect that one of your staff will be there to meet guests at the designated time.
The accommodation and facilities were certainly adequate but could be improved with the addition of a fridge plus tea & coffee making facilities, |

| | This hotel in Raya Island is the best choice compared to the rate and facilities! It is closed to other bays and the service here is very good. |

| | Customer services were excellent! It also was great to notice that some of the hotel staff spoke a little bit Finnish (A lot of greetings to him! ;) ). Location of the Hotel was amazing, and also private enough to relax and enjoy holiday! Food was also great, not forgetting those tasty fresh fruit juices served on the pool! View from the pool was something that we will never forget, and maybe it will be also the most fantastic issue, why we have to come back to the Ban Ray Resort in some day! :) And thank you also for those swans that were folded amazingly of the towels to our beds! :) Best Regards, Four girls from Finland |

| | This was my second time staying at Ban Raya. I had visited it with a buddy 7 years ago, in 2002. I loved it so much then that I knew I would take the opportunity again if I could. So 7 years later my wife and I planed to have part of our honeymoon there and we have no regrets. We loved it. It has changed a bit since last time being there. They now have a beautiful pool overlooking the Andaman Sea. They have free wifi in the rooms if you want to bring a computer. They have an extension to the dive shop next to the restaurant that is opened at night if you want to do some studying for your dive certificate. And the list goes on with things like a library, a minimart and a rental shop.
Two things I'd recommend is to get the traditional Thai Massage that they offer and also their coconut shake.

| | A nice hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Maybe not an ideal spot for the single traveler tho. Breakfast is the typical Asian attempt at western food, i.e. toast cold, not enough butter or jam supplied, but very minor things. Dinner was good, well prepared and presented, and the staff were all always very happy to help. The resort itself is lovely, the pool is great, the beach area had difficult to access the water, but when you get in the snorkeling was very good, and the scuba sites there also excellent. I would go back again and happily recommend it to anyone. |
