| | Dear Sirs, it took some time to write you because I was constantly travelling. Your service has been excellent but the treatment we received in Andaman Beach Resort *Phi Phi Island) was unheard. I am working 18 years in tourism (I am a cultural tours designer for Studiosus Tour Operator (studiosus.com) and I have never experienced something like this. They refused to give us a Standard Building Fan Room (Low Floor) as agreed but we got a bungalow which was not thought for clients as all our neighbours were local personnel. The quality was under every level, with broken lamps, holes in the wall and the net at the windows, dirty room and bathroom, instead of a blanket a towel full of dirt and holes etc., etc. We had booked through your site a whole week but after a fight at the reception where they asked us to pay a difference of 1250 $ per day (the agreed price with you was 1700 per day) to move into the building rooms (which we had anyway booked with you!!!) we left the hotel and looked for another one. They were pleased as it was already high season and they could give the room for the double of the price. The problem is that we spent 2 days fighting and searching for another hotel, so we lost them from our vacation, plus we lost a bit of trust to your site. We have been using you a lot in the past and before we turn our back on you we would like to be fair informing you. I have a very detailed collection of photos for the condition of the room, the attitute they treated us was much worse but unfortunatelly not to be prooved through pictures. Could you please tell me how to attach you the pictures? We would appreciate hearing from you and we would like to continue using your site, but we would like to know we can still trust your services. We would like to know that hotels which treat your clients that way have to pay a consequense. Best regards, Konstantina Liwieratos

| | I once stayed in this resort five years ago and inpressed by its good location and beach-front restaurant where we could enjoy the free breakfast. This is the main reason I choose this resort again this time. This time we book 5 Deluxe Building Air [New Wing] rooms and these rooms are satisfying because they are very new and the inner decoration are modern with a good garden surrounding. The beach-front restaurant is still my favorite ^_^ |

| | Room was really poorly kept. Wall paint was dirty, furniture looked cheap and worn out etc. The newer rooms looked nicer from the outside, but the Fan Bungalow was pretty bad. I tried to upgrade to a nicer room but unfortunately the hotel was already full. |

| | For the price (2750 BAT / night) I expected to see the most beautiful room of all my trip in Thailand but that was not the case.
A bit expensive for what it is, the bedroom was simple and the bathroom not very clean... Should be no more than 1500 BAT. |
